Case 8 前臂骨折
前臂骨折很常见，约占此类急诊的1/6，本期介绍一前臂骨折的病例
History: Fall on outstretched hand, right wrist deformity. Initialencounter.

Frontal, lateral, and oblique views of the right wrist were obtained.Total 3 images were reviewed.
Comparison/correlation: None available.
Findings/impression:
The bones are demineralized. There is an acute minimally displacedtransverse fracture of the distal radius without intra-articularextension to the radiocarpal joint. There is a second acutenondisplaced fracture of the ulnar styloid process. There is noperiosteal reaction or osseous destruction. There is diffuse softtissue swelling about the right wrist.
