昨天看了比利时专家一篇论文，摘译给大家，作者思路清晰，但我对作者个别观点不敢苟同，后面附英文原文，供参考。
简单地说，我们使用了五种超声波特征来预测恶性肿瘤特征：
❶不规则的实体肿瘤
❷腹水
❸至少4个乳头状结构
❹直径≥100毫米的不规则多房性以实体为主肿瘤
❺彩色多普勒检查血流丰富
我们用五种超声波特征来预测良性肿瘤
❶单侧囊肿
❷最大的实质性成分的最大直径不超过7毫米
❸声影
❹光滑的多房性肿块
❺多普勒血流检查未检测到血流。
规则1，如果在没有良性特征的情况下存在一个或多个恶性特征，我们将其归类为恶性;
规则2，如果在没有恶性特征的情况下存在一个或多个良性特征，我们将肿块划分为良性;
规则3，如果两个恶性特征和良性特征都存在，或者如果没有任何特性，那么这些肿块性质就是不确定的。

Weusedfiveultrasonicfeaturestopredictabenigntumour(Bfeatures):unilocularcyst(B1),presenceofsolidcomponentsforwhichthelargestsolidcomponentis<7mminlargestdiameter(B2),acousticshadows(B3),smoothmultiloculartumour(B4),andnodetectablebloodflowonDopplerexamination(B5).IfoneormoreMfeatureswerepresentintheabsenceofaBfeature,weclassifiedthemassasmalignant(rule1).IfoneormoreBfeatureswerepresentintheabsenceofanMfeature,weclassifiedthemassasbenign(rule2).IfbothMfeaturesandBfeatureswerepresent,orifnoneofthefeatureswaspresent,thesimpleruleswereinconclusive(rule3).
