多瘤抑制基因p16与脑肿瘤的研究进展

目的:探讨p16基因与脑肿瘤发生的关系;方法:查阅文献,通过多种实验方法研究p16基因与脑肿瘤发生的关系;结果:在多种脑肿瘤中存在p16基因及蛋白的丢失;结论:p16基因与脑肿瘤的发生有密切的关系.
